Delete your Lendventory account

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open Lendventory and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap the settings (gear) icon.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion happens straight away and can’t be undone.

If you can’t open the app

Email support@lendventory.app from the email address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will delete it within 30 days and reply when it’s done.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, display name, password and settings.
• Everything you added: items, photos, places, categories, notes, purchase and warranty details, and your records of who has what.
• People you added as contacts.
• Your friend connections, asks and loan requests.
• Your notifications and your device’s notification token.

Database records are removed immediately. Item photos are removed from file storage within 24 hours.

What is kept

Other people’s records are theirs, so deleting your account does not delete them. If someone else added you as a contact or recorded lending you something, their copy of your name and of that record stays in their account, no longer linked to yours. To have your details removed from someone else’s records, email support@lendventory.app.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You can delete any item, photo, contact, place or category in the app at any time.
